East London is fast becoming the Capital’s property hot spot as the creative energy of Shoreditch and Hackney spills over into the surrounding areas. Central to Canning Town’s exciting regeneration programme, London City Island was awarded the top prize at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

The island’s residents now include the London Film School and the English National Ballet, while east London’s contemporary art walk (The Line) will extend to the island – cementing its position as a hub for the arts. As for the precinct itself, stunning alfresco spaces boast views of The O2, Canary Wharf and the City, while the private residents’ City Island Arts Club includes access to a stunning swimming pool.
